Teams
Forming a team is a great way to participate and fundraise with friends and family. Romp as a team in honor of a survivor, in memory of a friend or family member, dress up in fun team costumes, or try to raise the most donations of all the other teams.A Romp Team is a group of at least 5 people people who participate in the Romp as a group. There isn’t a minimum fundraising requirement for teams, but we encourage each team to try and raise at least $500 (or at least $100 per team member).

- Choose a Team Captain (and a co-captain if you’d like).
- Select a Team Name and come up with an alternate in case another team has already used your first choice.
- Create your Team: The Team Captain starts your team by clicking the Form a Team Button when he/she registers for the Romp. Team captains can easily recruit team members, manage their team, and monitor fundraising progress all online and they don't have to have all of their team members recruited to start a team.
- Add Team Members: When registering for the event, Team Members just need to click “Join a Team” and search for your team name

Besides getting a team started, the Team Captain ensures that everyone on the team registers, encourages team members to fundraise, can coordinate any group fundraising efforts, and keeps team members excited about their involvement in the Romp. Captains also have the option of picking up event materials for their entire team during the participant check-in process.
JOINING A TEAM
I'd like to join a team and I'm NOT registered for the event yet
When you register for the event, just choose "join a team", search for your team name, select it and finish the registration process. You'll then be added to the team and show up on the team's fundraising page with a link to your own personal fundraising page that was automatically created for you when you registered. Any fundraising you do as an individual will be attributed to you, but will also show up in your teams overall fundraising total.
I'd like to join a team but I'm ALREADY registered for the event
Please email romptostomp@tubbssnowshoes.com with your full name, event location, team name, and team captain name. We will switch your registration over to the team.

Thanks to our incredible sponsors, we’ve got some great incentives for top fundraisers and the top fundraising team. All members of the top fundraising team who fundraised will all receive a prize. If the Top Team has more than 25 people who fundraised, we'll award a prize to the top 25 fundraisers on that team.

Form a Company Team
Forming a team with your co-workers (and their friends and family!) is a great way to build camaraderie, spread the “healthy lifestyle” message to employees and show your business’s support for the cause.
